I had difficulty standing in gratitude after I was diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease. I found myself sorting through my childhood, and reflecting on my life's most valuable lessons. Upon taking a personal inventory, I realized that the examples of my earlier years anchored me with enough tenacity, and acceptance, to move forward and be grateful for the life I have.
Through a uniquely rendered series of portraiture, I introduce the individuals who strongly influenced my moral compass and shaped my core values. Through story telling a collection of objects you will feel like you know each person personally. The objects act as my continued reminder of the qualities and idiosyncrasies of my beloved influencers.
